Request for Proposals (RFP) – Document Management System

The Township of The Archipelago is inviting proposals from qualified vendors for the provision and implementation of a Document Management System.

This initiative will support the Township’s ongoing efforts to enhance records management practices, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen long-term information governance.

Issue Date (RFP Opens): February 12, 2026
Closing Date (RFP Closes): February 27, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time (Toronto)

Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the requirements outlined in the RFP document.
